3. Gas Cylinder Refill & Exchange Terms
All gas cylinder exchange and refill services are subject to physical visual inspection and pressure verification. Cylinders presented for refill must comply with applicable safety standards and pressure ratings.
4. Delivery & Title
Deliveries are coordinated directly to designated vessel berths, port gate points, or industrial facilities. Risk of loss passes upon physical transfer to the purchaser or designated forwarding agent.
5. Governing Law
Commercial transactions and supply agreements are subject to the laws and regulations of the Emirate of Fujairah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
